Terms of Service

By using MadcatOS ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Saiden Tactical Systems ("we", "us").

The service

MadcatOS is a platform for building, calibrating, and managing AI agents. The Service is provided as-is, without warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your primary account is established through your first OAuth sign-in. You may link additional provider accounts at your discretion. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

API delegation

When you connect a provider account with API delegation (Hugging Face, CivitAI, GitHub, Google), you authorize MadcatOS to make API calls on your behalf using your credentials and credits. You are responsible for any costs incurred through delegated API usage. You can revoke delegation at any time by disconnecting the account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, distribute malware, or abuse connected provider APIs beyond their terms of service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including costs incurred through delegated API calls to third-party providers.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
